Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of three-dimensional graphene. The method selects cheap industrial waste materials (polyimide, polyacrylonitrile, and asphalt) or corresponding industrialwaste products as raw materials, and can cheaply prepare graphene carbon dots in large quantities, and needs of industrial applications are met. Through a one-step electrochemical method, an ammoniumion-containing electrolyte is used to realize one-step nitrogen doping of the graphene carbon dots, and nitrogen-doped three-dimensional graphene is prepared by using a first concentration and then heat treatment method. The three-dimensional graphene is not only a non-precious metal catalyst, and can effectively improve catalytic performance. 本发明公开了一种三维石墨烯的制备方法,本发明选用廉价的工业废料(聚酰亚胺、聚丙烯腈、沥青)或对应的工业废品为原料,可廉价且大量的制备石墨烯碳点,满足工业应用的需求。通过一步电化学法,选用含铵根离子电解质实现石墨烯碳点的一步氮掺杂,利用先浓缩后热处理的方法制备成氮掺杂的三维石墨烯,该三维石墨烯不仅是一种非贵金属催化剂,还可有效的提高催化性能。
