Method for preparing soil conditioner through acarbose fermented waste residues

The invention provides a method for preparing a soil conditioner through acarbose fermented waste residues. Specifically, the acarbose fermented waste residues are processed through the preprocessingstep by reasonably controlling the anaerobic reaction condition. The experimental result shows that through the method provided by the invention, the anaerobic treatment time can be remarkably shortened, in addition, the removal rate of drug residues in the waste residues reaches 90% or above, and the removal rate of solid matter reaches 70% or above. The invention further provides a method for making dehydrated and dried solid residues subjected to multi-stage anaerobic treatment into a soil conditioner. 本发明提供了一种利用阿卡波糖发酵废渣制备土壤改良剂的方法，具体地，本发明通过合理控制厌氧反应条件，结合预处理步骤对阿卡波糖发酵废渣进行处理。实验结果表明，本发明的方法能够显著缩短厌氧处理的时间，而且废渣中的药物残留去除率可以达到90％以上，固体物质去除率达到70％以上。本发明还提供了将经过多级厌氧处理后的剩余固体残渣脱水烘干后制成土壤改良剂的方法。
