Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of astragalus polysaccharide on drosophila melanogaster in oxidation resistance and aging resistance, improvement of oxidation resistance of the drosophila melanogaster, enhancement of constitution of the drosophila melanogaster and improvement of improvement aging resistance of the drosophila melanogaster. By feeding of drosophila melanogaster culture media atdifferent concentration, the change of the astragalus polysaccharide for life and antioxidant enzyme activity of the drosophila melanogaster is studied in order to provide certain experimental basis for development of astragalus polysaccharide. When the concentration of the astragalus polysaccharide is 1.0 [mu] g/mL, the average life, half death time and the highest life of male and female drosophila melanogaster can be prolonged, the inverse-gravity crawling capacity of the drosophila melanogaster can be enhanced, the SOD enzyme activity and T-AOC content of organisms are the highest, and theMDA content is the lowest |
