The fruit fresh-keeping agent comprises a solution A and a colloid B; the solution A comprises indoleacetic acid with a concentration of 0.00001mol/L-0.00005mol/L; and the colloid B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of berberine hydrochloride, 150-250 parts of salicylic acid, 15-25 parts of ascorbic acid, 350-450 parts of sodium alginate, and 18000-22000 parts of distilled water.
