Zusammenfassung:A BC type gallium nitride transistor push-pull emission driver used for visible light communication is used for an emission part of a visible light communication system, and comprises: a signal processing circuit used for converting a received input signal into two paths of differential signals, amplifying the differential signals and outputting the amplified differential signals; an LED optical transmitter push-pull drive circuit which is connected with the output end of the signal processing circuit. Two paths of differential signals of a signal processing circuit are received through two push-pull circuits with voltage difference at the voltage input ends, a light-emitting diode LED located at the source end is driven and modulated, signal driving is achieved through bright and dark conversion, and focusing output is achieved through a lens.
