The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a car-hailing order in a preset order sending period and a car inan idle travel state; determining a matching parameter of each car-hailing order and the car, wherein the matching parameter is determined according to a distance parameter between a passenger in thecar-hailing order and the car and an order receiving parameter of a driver of the car; according to the matching parameter, establishing a bipartite graph between an order set including the car-hailing order and a car set including the car, and determining the maximum matching weight of the bipartite graph; and determining a target vehicle corresponding to each car-hailing order according to the maximum matching weight, and distributing the car-hailing order to the corresponding target vehicle.
