The vector-based adaptive adjustment method and system for the tunneling attitude of the shield tunneling machine comprises the following steps that a jack on the shield tunneling machine is partitioned to form a plurality of jack regions; in the tunneling construction process of the shield tunneling machine, the attitude of the shield tunneling machine is analyzed in real time to obtain attitude adjustment information; and the advance speed relationship amongthe multiple jack regions is obtained by analysis according to the attitude adjustment information, the execution speeds of the jack regions are worked out according to a reference advance speed, andthe advance speed of the corresponding jack is controlled by means of the corresponding execution speed.
