The anchor drilling boom comprises a fixed boom and a movable telescopic boom connected to the fixed boom, wherein an operation platform assembly and a people-standing platform are mounted on the movable telescopic boom; the people-standing platform is arranged opposite to the operation platform assembly; a movable support mechanism is also arranged at the bottom of the head end of the movable telescopic boom; the movable support mechanism is folded at the bottom of the movable telescopic boom; and when in use, the movable support mechanism is unfolded and supported between the movable telescopic boom and the ground.
