According to the production technology, pig iron, scrap steel, silicon iron, a recarbonizer, a nodulizing agent, an inoculant and a stream inoculant serve as molten iron smelting raw materials and are put into an intermediate frequency furnace to be melted, and a front molten iron sample is obtained;a spheroidizing pack is subjected to pack roasting operation, the nodulizing agent, the inoculant and scrap iron are loaded into the spheroidizing pack, heat preservation is conducted, and molten iron is poured into the spheroidizing pack; after the molten iron is compltely poured into the spheroidizing pack, slagging off is conducted, then pouring is performed, the stream inoculant is added forstream inoculation while pouring is conducted, and as-cast total-ferrite nodular cast iron is obtained.
