It is found through researches that the distribution condition of the peripheral blood free DNA in the gene transcription startsite region can reflect the physiological state of pregnant women and fetuses; based on the fact that serum free DNA abundance of a gene transcription start site region has significant difference inpregnant women with fetal growth restriction and healthy pregnant women, after the free DNA abundance is subjected to homogenization correction, the morbidity of fetal growth restriction can be effectively predicted by using a machine learning algorithm and through optimal combination of different differential genes.
