Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of molecular biological diagnosis, in particular to a detection method and application of a CGG repetitive sequence of an FMR1 gene. According to the FMR1 gene PCR amplification reaction detection method, at least four primers and at least more than one enhancer are used for amplifying CGG repetitive sequences in a non-transcription region at the 5'end of the FMR1 gene. Meanwhile, the FMR1 gene PCR amplification method is applied to a fragile X syndrome related gene FMR1 gene nucleic acid detection kit. A PCR product is analyzed through PCR amplification andcapillary electrophoresis. The kit can perform accurate quantitative analysis on the high CGG repetitive sequence. The method is a simple, rapid and accurate detection method. The variation conditionof the CGG repetitive number can be detected only through one PCR experiment; starting from a DNA sample, a result can be obtained within 6 hours.
