The resin is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of loaded resin XAD-4 and 40-60 parts of an extracting agent D2EHDGAA. The resin disclosed by the invention is relatively high in separation coefficient of rare earth oxide andrelatively good in impurity removal rate. 本发明提供了一种树脂及其制备方法、应用其制备超高纯稀土氧化物的工艺，其中，树脂，包括以下重量份的各组分：负载树脂XAD-4 80-120份，萃取剂DEHDGAA 40-60份。本发明所述的树脂，对稀土氧化物的分离系数较高，杂质去除率较好。
