Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a microstrip circulator, which can be applied to isolators and microwave communication and is particularly used in a large scale in T/R assemblies. A gyromagnetic layer of themicrostrip circulator comprises a first substrate and a gyromagnetic body embedded in the first substrate, wherein the dielectric constant of the first substrate is higher than that of the gyromagnetic body. Due to the fact that the gyromagnetic layer adopts the composite structure, the dielectric constant can be improved on the whole. Under the same performance requirements as the products in theprior art, the microstrip circulator can reduce the area of a central conductor, then the area of the whole microstrip circulator is reduced, and miniaturization in the real sense is achieved. 本发明公开了一种微带环行器,可应用于隔离器以及微波通信中,尤其在T/R组件中使用量巨大;该微带环行器的旋磁层包括第一基板和嵌设于该第一基板上的旋磁体;而且,第一基板的介电常数高于旋磁体的介电常数。由于旋磁层采用这种复合结构,能够整体上提升介电常数,在与现有技术产品相同的性能要求下,本发明的微带环行器可减小中心导体的面积,进而减小整个微带环行器的面积,实现真正意义上的小型化。
