According to the method, under the same chromatographic condition, a high performance liquid chromatography dual-wavelength switching method is adopted to simultaneously determine the content of dual-substance components in loranthus parasiticus, wherein the dual-substance components are quercitrin and moracin; according to the content detection result of quercitrin and moracin, if the detection result shows that quercitrin and moracin are contained at the same time, it is determined thatmulberry is the host of the loranthus parasiticus, and the loranthus parasiticus can be directly used as a traditional Chinese medicinal material; and if the detection result is that only quercitrin is contained while morusin is not contained, it is determined that the mulberry is not the host of the loranthus parasiticus, and further isolation detection is needed to determine whether the host ofthe loranthus parasiticus |
