The guardrail comprises a guardrail main body, wherein a wind driven generator is arranged on theguardrail main body. The power generation system comprises the wind driven generator arranged on the guardrail main body, wherein the wind driven generator is electrically connected with a charge-and-discharge controller through a rectifier; the charge-and-discharge controller is electrically connected with a storage battery and a direct-current load; the charge-and-discharge controller is electrically connected with an alternating-current load through an inverter; the alternating-current load is electrically connected with an auxiliary power supply; and the charge-and-discharge controller iselectrically connected with a solar photocell square matrix through an anti-backcharging blocking diode.
