The renovating method includes the steps that concrete on the periphery of exposedsteel bars is chiseled away, and a repairing cavity is formed; longitudinal steel bars in the repairing cavity are cut off according to the reserved length, and first reserved ends are formed; firststeel bars are longitudinally arranged in the repairing cavity and are connected with the first reserved ends, and the height of at least part of the first steel bars is smaller than the height of thefirst reserved ends; and concrete is poured into the repairing cavity, and a repairing base is formed. The problem of exposing of the longitudinal steel bars of the base of the ballastless track is solved.
