Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a water-based EVA treating agent and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of fine chemical engineering. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: mixing epoxy-terminated allyl polyether with hydrogen-containing silicone oil to prepare epoxy polyether organosilicone; mixing an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer emulsion, an initiator, a monomer mixed solution and 3-amino-1-propylene to prepare a modified EAA emulsion; and preparing the water-based EVA treating agent from the obtained epoxy polyether organosilicone and the obtained modified EAA emulsion. The preparation method of the water-based EVA treating agent provided by the invention is simple in process and applicable to industrialized production; and the prepared water-basedEVA treating agent can be used as a good medium between an EVA base material and a water-based polyurethane adhesive, does not contain an emulsifier, has good water resistance, and is low in surface tension, good in wettabilit
