Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for extracting and purifying chlorogenic acid in chrysanthemum buds. According to the invention, crushed and sieved chrysanthemum buds are used as a raw material; an ethanol aqueous solution is used as a solvent for ultrasonic extraction; macroporous resin is used for primary separation; ethyl acetate/petroleum ether is used for reversed-phase separation; a polyamide resin column is used for purification and separation; and recrystallization is performed to obtain chlorogenic acid. The method provided by the invention has good reproducibility and is suitable for industrial production.
本发明公开了一种提取纯化胎菊中绿原酸的方法。以粉碎过筛后的胎菊为原料,用乙醇水溶液为溶剂进行超声提取,利用大孔树脂初步分离以及利用乙酸乙酯/石油醚反相分离,再利用聚酰胺树脂柱纯化分离,经过重结晶得到绿原酸。本发明的方法重现性好,适合工业化生产。 |
