The invention discloses a preparation method of a guided tissue regeneration membrane for tooth restoration, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a synthetic polymer material in an organic solvent, uniformly dispersing, pouring the solution into a culture dish, and freezing; and obtaining a first layer structure; (2) dissolving a natural polymer material inan organic solvent, adding inorganic bioactive particles, uniformly dispersing, casting the mixed solution onto the first layer structure, and then freezing; and obtaining a composite layer structure;and (3) carrying out freeze drying on the composite layer structure obtained in the step (2).
