The casein phosphopeptides, gelatin and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are added to thewall material to be matched with the calcium chloride curing agent, the embedding rate and the slow release effect of hawthorn flavones are improved, meanwhile, bioactivity of hawthorn flavones in reducing blood pressure and reducing blood fat can be synergistically promoted, and the bioavailability of the hawthorn flavones can be increased; plant casein phosphopeptides and the hawthorn flavonesare compounded in the core material, the application value of the product is increased, besides, plant casein phosphopeptides can synergistically promote bioactivity of hawthorn flavones so as to improve effects of the microcap
