Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a perovskite weak light detector based on a plasmon effect, which comprises a substrate, a photoconductive layer and a metal electrode. The substrate is composed of a flexibleor rigid base. The photoconductive layer is located on the surface of the substrate, and the photoconductive layer is composed of metal nanoparticles with a plasmon effect and perovskite. The metal electrode is located on the surface of the photoconductive layer and forms a conductive electrode.
