The thermoelectric refrigeration sheet comprises at least one thermocouple pair and a substrate which are connected through a conductive material, wherein the thermocouple pair is distributed on the substrate, the formed thermocouple pair comprises two thermoelectric arms, a firstconductive film is connected between the two thermoelectric arms in the same thermocouple pair, the first conductive film is attached to cold ends of the thermoelectric arms, hot ends of the thermoelectric arms are connected with the substrate, one thermoelectric arm in the same thermocouple pair is an N-type thermoelectric arm, the other thermoelectric arm in the same thermocouple pair is a P-type thermoelectric arm, and the cold end area of the thermoelectric arm is smaller than the hot end area of the thermoelectric arm.
