Method and systems for coil selection in magnetic resonance imaging

The invention is entitled methods and systems for coil selection in magnetic resonance imaging. The invention provides various methods and systems for selecting coil elements of a plurality of coil elements of a radio frequency (RF) coil array for use in a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system.
