Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a kit for detecting nutria-derived and fox-derived ingredients in food and an application of the kit. The kit contains a specific PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer pair anda fluorescent probe for detecting nutria-derived ingredients and fox-derived ingredients in food and has sequences shown as SEQ ID NO:1-3 and SEQ ID NO:4-6. The invention also provides a real-time PCR detection method which is established on basis of the primer pair and the fluorescent probe and is used for detecting the nutria-derived ingredients and the fox-derived ingredients in food. The kithas good specificity, the detection method is rapid, simple, high in accuracy, good in sensitivity (capable of detecting 100 fg of the nutria-derived ingredients and the fox-derived ingredients in a sample) and provides a novel method for detection of the nutria-derived ingredients and the fox-derived ingredients in food.
