Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of amino acid production, and discloses a method of replacing yeast powder with soybean meal enzymolysis liquid during threonine production. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing of the soybean meal enzymolysis liquid, and (2) strain fermentation. According to the method, the soybean meal enzymolysis liquid is adopted to replace yeastextract in a culture medium, compared with the mode of adopting the yeast extract, the threonine output and dry matter in fermentation liquor are both increased, and the cost is relatively low.
