The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing of the soybean meal enzymolysis liquid, and (2) strain fermentation. According to the method, the soybean meal enzymolysis liquid is adopted to replace yeastextract in a culture medium, compared with the mode of adopting the yeast extract, the threonine output and dry matter in fermentation liquor are both increased, and the cost is relatively low. 本发明属于氨基酸生产技术领域,公开了一种苏氨酸生产中豆粕酶解液代替酵母粉的方法,其包括如下步骤:1)制备豆粕酶解液,2)菌株发酵。本发明采用豆粕酶解液替代培养基中的酵母膏,较采用酵母膏相比,发酵液中的苏氨酸产量和干物质均有所提升,而且成本相对低廉。
