Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a mycobacterium tuberculosis arabogalactan (AG) specific aptamer of which the nucleotide sequences are shown in SEQ ID No.1, and further provides a screening method. The invention further provides application of the AG in preparing tuberculosis treatment medicines. The AG aptamer can be adopted to research biological functions of AG, and explore functions of AG in interactions with MTB (mycobacterium tuberculosis) and hosts. 本发明提供结核杆菌阿拉伯半乳聚糖(AG)特异性适配子，所述的适配子的核苷酸序列如SEQ ID No.1所示，并进一步提供了筛选方法。本发明还提供AG在制备治疗结核病药物中的应用。AG适配子可以用于探究AG的生物学功能，探究其在MTB和宿主相互作用中的功能。
