The graphene powder coating is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100-250 parts of an epoxy resin,10-100 parts of a phenol curing agent, 1-5 parts of an imidazole compound, 1-20 parts of a phenol type phenolic aldehyde curing agent and 1-5 parts of a graphene dispersion solution, wherein the graphene dispersion solution comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3-10 parts of graphene, 1-5 parts of a dispersant, 1-5 parts of propylene glycol, 1-5 parts of a defoaming agent and 5-10 parts of pure water.
