According to the method, a top plate, a bottom plate, a bearing assembly, a parcel feeding assembly and a delivery assembly are included, wherein the bearing assembly is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and is used for bearing an article storage box for to-be-delivered articles, the parcel feeding assembly is fixed on one side of the bearing assembly, and is used for receiving the to-be-delivered articles and containing the to-be-delivered articles into the storage box, and the delivery assembly is arranged in the bearing assembly, and is used for delivering the storage box among the bearing assembly, the parcel feeding assembly and intelligent handling equipment used for delivering the to-be-delivered articles.
