Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a composite carrier catalyst for an acetylene hydrochlorinate reaction and application of the composite carrier catalyst. The catalyst is prepared from a composite carrier anda metal active component, wherein the composite carrier is formed in the mode that a nanoscale inorganic oxide is deposited on activated carbon, the metal active component is deposited on the composite carrier, the metal active component accounts for 0.05-0.8%, and the nanoscale inorganic oxide accounts for 0.5-8.0%; and the metal active component is gold, or ruthenium, or a combination of any oneof the gold and the ruthenium and any one of cobalt and copper, and the nanoscale inorganic oxide is cerium dioxide, titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide and lanthanum trioxide. The catalyst is prepared through a consecutive two-step deposition-precipitation method, a process is simple and easy to magnify, environment-friendly and non-toxic effects are achieved, the composite carrier catalyst is used for the acetylene hydr
