The invention discloses a DSC control system of a refining smelting furnace. The DSC control system is provided with an outer body of the smelting furnace and a combustor which is annular, wherein a coal gas hole, an oxygen hole and an air hole are distributed in the inner wall of the combustor in an annular mode, and the direction of each gas hole is clockwise or anticlockwise, so that gas is mixed in a rotary mode; the two ends of the combustor are separately equipped with an oil inlet end and a fire spraying end; an igniter is further arranged in the combustor; pipelines connected to the coal gas hole, the oxygen hole and the oil inlet end are equipped with proportional valves, pressure meters and flow meters controlled by a DCS system; and the air hole is connected to a variable-frequency air blower controlled by the DCS system through a pipeline.
