The invention relates to a single-flashboard cracking gas valve coke discharging assembly and a coke discharging method. According to the single-flashboard cracking gas valve coke discharging assembly, a plurality of upper connecting pipes are welded in parallel on a cracking gas valve body bottom plate connecting member in a welding manner; an upper connecting flange is welded to one end of the upper connecting pipe, and is used for connecting a corresponding ball valve; the lower portions of the ball valves are connected to a plurality of parallel lower connecting pipes in a flange connecting manner; and the parallel lower connecting pipes are connected to a coke powder collecting pipe in a welding manner.
