The skin is of a dual-layer structure, the outer layer is in a curved surface shape, the inner layer is connected with the outer layer after being welded through a laser selection area, then the space between the inner layer and the outer layer is filled with certain expansible gas at a high temperature, the local unwelded portion of the inner layer is formed under the effect of a gas medium, and a U-shaped reinforcing rib is formed. By combining the conventional super-plastic gas expansionforming method and the laser penetration welding method, the forming precision is high, the integrity of parts is high, and the three functions of high strength, active cooling and light weight of thenovel structural form skin type parts are realized.
