The invention discloses a photovoltaic power generation device and a photovoltaic power generation system capable of improving power generation output. The photovoltaic power generation device comprises a number of adjacently arranged photovoltaic components. Each photovoltaic component comprises an abutting side, and a mounting groove is arranged therein. The abutting sides of two adjacent photovoltaic components are oppositely arranged and abutted. An avoidance space is defined by the mounting grooves on the two oppositely arranged abutting sides, and is used to install a pressure block. According to the photovoltaic power generation device provided by the invention, the mounting grooves are arranged on the abutting sides of the photovoltaic components; when two adjacent photovoltaic components are abutted, an avoidance space is surrounded by two mounting grooves; pressure blocks can be installed in the avoidance spaces; other parts of the abutting sides abut against each other, eliminating the gap between
