The method comprises the following steps: calculating a moving average wi corresponding to the account balance after the ith transaction; determining change features corresponding to the ith transaction according to the moving average wi, the account balance bi and the account balance bi-1; judging whether the change feature corresponding to the ith transaction is the same as the change feature corresponding to the (i-1) th transaction; if not, determining that abnormal fluctuation occurs in the to-be-detected account; counting the number of abnormal fluctuations, and determining whether the to-be-detected account is an abnormal account according to the number of abnormal fluctuations. Because the moving average value reflects the balance average characteristics of the account after multiple transactions, the moving average value is compared with the account balance bi and the account balance b
