Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a system and a method for preventing and controlling the myopia of children based on the time-of-flight 3D modeling technology. The system comprises a distance measuring unit,a controller, a TOF unit, a face feature matching unit and a screen backlight control module. According to the invention, distance measurement is carried out firstly, 3D modeling is carried out on theuser through the TOF unit and the point cloud model is outputted when the distance between the user and the electronic equipment is close, and then whether the outputted point cloud model is a face is identified subsequently.
