The invention provides a liquid volume control device and a liquid volume control method using the same, which are used for controlling the liquid volume of liquid in a test tube. The liquid volume control device comprises a position detector, a pump, a driver and a controller. The position detector is used for detecting the height position of the suction end of the dropper. The pump is used for being connected with a dropper to suck liquid out of the test tube. The driver is connected with the pump to drive the pump to move.
