The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding an antioxidant, an adsorbent and sweet osmanthus into slurry, fermenting the slurry with steamed corn and wheat to prepare sweet osmanthus raw wine and vinasse, adding the vinasse into corn wine,soaking to prepare secondary soaked wine, and finally mixing the sweet osmanthus raw wine with the soaked wine to prepare the wine fermented with osmanthus flowers. The antioxidant can prevent substances in the sweet osmanthus from being lost before fermentation; the adsorbent has strong adsorption performance, and can prevent loss of volatile components in sweet osmanthus in the fermentation process.
