The heating method specifically comprises the following steps: adding a temperature-controlled electric heating belt on the outer wall of a reactor; setting the heating speed of the temperature-controlled electric heating belt to be 10 DEG C/h; setting the maximum temperature to be 100 DEG C; setting the temperature of the temperature-controlled electric heating belt to be 51 DEG C when circulating gas is heated to the temperature of 160 DEG C through a heating furnace and then enters a reactor for heating a catalyst; and after the temperature of the outer wall of the reactor maintains at the constant temperature of 51 DEG C, keeping heating the reactor. When the temperature exceeds 51 DEG C, it shows that heat has been transferred to the outer wall from the inner wall of the reactor, and a boosting condition of the reactor is achieved.
