Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a graphene-doped Ag/TiO2 photocatalytic coating layer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreating a workpiece; 2) preparing a graphene doped Ag/TiO2 composite slurry; 3) pressing the slurry on the surface of the pretreated workpiece using a mechanical roller to form a base layer; 4) placing the workpiece with the formed base layer in a sintering mold, adopting vacuum induction sintering method, and forming a preset layer on the surface of the workpiece after sintering; and 5) placing the workpiece with the preset layer in laser processing equipment for laser cladding to obtain the graphene doped Ag/TiO2 photocatalytic coating layer. The graphene-doped Ag/TiO2 photocatalytic coating layer is capable of shortening catalyst forbidden band width to realize expansion of absorption spectrum towards visible light, so that utilization rate of solar energy is increased.
