Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for ohmic heating of a fluid comprising at least one chamber (1) for receiving the fluid; at least two units (6a, 6b) each comprising at least one electrode (4a, 4b), wherein each of the at least one electrode is associated to at least one means for galvanic separation (5a, 5b, 5c), wherein the electrodes (4a, 4b) of each of the two units (6a, 6b) are disposed in the chamber (1) at a distance apart from one another and the means for galvanic separation (5a, 5b, 5c) are disposed outside of the chamber (1); and at least one frequency inverter (10) that is electrically connected to the at least two electrode- units (6a, 6b) for operating the at least two electrode - units (6a, 6b).
