Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention provides a voice processing method, a server can receive voice data sent by a voice access device, and the voice data is real-time call data between a user and a firstcustomer service staff. In other words, the voice access device can acquire real-time call data between the user and the first customer service staff in real time and send the acquired voice data to the server. The server converts the received voice data into characters and performs semantic analysis on the characters to obtain a semantic analysis result indicating whether the voice data conformsto a preset call specification or not. Then the server sends the semantic analysis result to the terminal equipment.
