The method comprises the steps: building the digital twinning body of equipment, and enabling the digital twinning body to form a corresponding relation with entity equipment; receiving the material receiving operation of a user, specifically, wherein the material receiving operation isthat the user clicks a spare part needing to be replaced on the digital twinning body (the spare part 3D model) and confirms to receive the replaced spare part, and meanwhile the position informationof the spare part is recorded on the twinning body so as to determine the unique determinacy of the replaced spare part; recording spare part information corresponding to the material receiving operation and the time of the material receiving operation; calculating the actual use time of the spare part according to the time of the material taking operation, the time of the previous material taking operation of the spare p
