Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco manufacturing and provides an online detection method for the oil stain pollution of materials in tobacco primary processing. According to the method, oil stain detection is carried out on to-be-processed raw materials, processed raw materials and to-be-rolled raw materials; a detection result is calculated through a near infrared spectrum and a plurality of calculation means; model correction and result recording are employed; and therefore, the accuracy and full utilization of the result can be ensured. The quality of products can be effectively improved; oil-stained tobacco is controlled in a raw material stage; and a timely and reasonable basis is provided for the improvement of a production process through the effective storage of the result.
