Zusammenfassung:A non-contact measurement method for a slip rate of an aerospace bearing cage belongs to the field of on-line condition monitoring of aerospace bearings and solves the problem that the current measurement method of the rotational speed of the aerospace bearing cage has low measurement accuracy, which leads to a low accuracy of the slip rate of the cage. A weak magnetic detection sensor probe is located above an outer ring of the aerospace bearing and is hoisted in a through hole of the bearing seat to collect the mixed magnetic field information generated by a rolling element and an inner ring.
