Outer rings of the rolling bearings are fixed to the V-shaped side plate, and a driven gear is assembled to the outer ring of one rolling bearing.A reflector is arranged on the inner face of the V-shaped side plate, and the two outer side faces of the V-shaped side plate are provided with a film battery and a polycrystalline silicon battery correspondingly. According to the intensity of sunlight, the gear set is used for overturning the V-shaped side plate, and accordingly one side face is adjusted to face the sun.
