Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the dental implanting field, in particular to a surface treatment method applied to a titanium or titanium alloy dental implant. The surface treatment method comprises the following steps: performing sand spraying treatment on the titanium or titanium alloy dental implant; and using a phosphoric acid/oxalic acid mixed solution to perform acid etching treatment after sand spraying is accomplished, thereby obtaining the titanium or titanium alloy dental implant with a multistage hole structure. The surface treatment method has the advantages that the process is simple, is safe, is environmentally friendly and is beneficial for reducing cost. The implant treated by the process defines the multistage hole structure comprising 10-50-[mu]m large holes and 2-5-[mu]m smallholes, so that residual particles are greatly reduced (average particle residues smaller than 5/mm ), surface biological activity can be improved, adhesion, on the implant surface, of osteoblast ispromoted, bone combining sp
