The high photoaging resistant rubber material comprises the following raw materials by weight: oil-extended ethylene propylene diene monomer, white carbon black, PEG-4000, an anti-aging agent AW, an anti-aging agent 4010NA, an anti-aging agent 4020, microcrystalline wax, insoluble sulfur, an accelerant CZ, an accelerant EZ, an accelerant M, an accelerant BZ, zinc oxide, stearic acid, paraffin oil, a light-resistant agent, barium sulfate, titanium dioxide and a coloring agent. The preparation method includes: weighing of the components, mixing of the raw materials, refining of a rubber compound, and testing by a vulcameter: making the vulcameter at 180DEG C and judging the vulcanizing time;and vulcanization of the rubber compound to produce a product.
