The present invention relates to an oil mist collection monitoring system. Disclosed according to an aspect of the present invention is an oil mist collection monitoring system comprising: a fuel dispenser for supplying, from an underground storage tank containing fuel oil, fuel oil to a vehicle through an operation of a fuel supply pump; a fuel nozzle connected to the fuel dispenser through a fuel supply tube and including a supply unit for supplying fuel oil into a fuel filler port of a vehicle, and a collection unit for collecting oil mist from the fuel filler port of the vehicle; a fuel leak detection sensor unit connected to the fuel nozzle through an oil mist collection tube and detecting whether collected substances including oil mist, collected through an operation of a collectionpump, include leaked fuel, so as to detect whether a fuel leak occurs during refueling; and a control unit for receiving a signal detected by the fuel leak detection sensor unit, and generating an emergency state operation wh
