The preparation method comprises the steps that (1), 30-45 parts, by weight, of nanometer barium carbonate, 20-30 parts,by weight, of nanometer silicon dioxide and 5-15 parts, by weight, of carbon fibers are mixed and added to a certain amount of absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonic dispersion is conducted for 30-40 minutes, and a mixed suspension liquid is obtained; (2), an organic silicon resin solution is added to the mixed suspension liquid, ultrasonic dispersion is conducted for 1-2 hours, and a mixed dispersion liquid is obtained, wherein the volume ratio of the mixed suspension liquid to the organic silicon resin solution is (1-5):1; (3), a fiber fabric sample is washed with ethyl alcohol, air-dried and then immersed into the mixed dispersion liquid, the fiber fabric sample is finished by using a two-dipping-two-padding technology, the cotton fabric sample obtained after dip-padding is dried for 30-40minutes at the temperatur |
