The degradable cable basement film comprises, by weight, 90-110 parts of polylactic acid, 20-30 parts of an adipic acid-terephthalic acid-butanediol ester copolymer, 1-3 parts of silica, 6-10 parts of a master batch and 5-10 parts of a surface additive.
